Shipping & Returns 

Thank you for choosing to shop with us! We take great care in packing and shipping our original artworks so they arrive safely and in perfect condition. Here’s everything you need to know about delivery:

UK Deliveries

We deliver to the UK using Royal Mail for the majority of our paintings, linocuts and prints.

Once your order is placed, we aim to dispatch it within 3–5 working days. Depending on the size and value of the piece, your order will be sent via Royal Mail, but we may use a courier if it is deemed to be more efficient. We’ll always use a tracked service and will send you the tracking details once your order is on its way. Post and packaging to the UK will be £5.50

International Deliveries

Please get in touch via our contact page or email us directly at tina@tinafirkins.co.uk, and we’ll get back to you with delivery options and costs.

Please note: international customers will be responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply in their country.

Packaging

All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Depending on the medium and size, we may use protective wrapping, reinforced cardboard, or custom-built crates.

Delivery Times

UK: 1–3 working days after dispatch
