Welcome to tinafirkins.co.uk. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of our website and your purchase of original artworks through it. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

  2. Buying from Us

    1. Product Descriptions - We make every effort to describe and photograph artworks accurately. As each piece is original, slight colour or size variations may occur depending on your screen or device.

    2. Pricing - All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable). We reserve the right to change prices at any time but changes will not affect orders already placed.

    3. Payment - We accept payment via secure third-party providers such as [Stripe, PayPal, etc.]. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

  3. Delivery - We deliver within the UK and internationally (if applicable). Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs. Shipping costs will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

  4. Returns and Cancellations

    1. Your Right to Cancel - As a UK consumer, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, unless the artwork is custom-made or commissioned. To cancel, contact us at: tina@tinafirkins.co.uk

    2. Returns - To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

  5. Ownership and Copyright - All artworks remain the intellectual property of the artist. When you buy an artwork, you own the physical item but not the rights to reproduce or use the image for commercial purposes without the artist’s permission.

  6. Liability - We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or from the purchase of any artwork. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

  7. Website Use - You must not use our website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

  8. Governing Law - These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Shipping & Returns 

Thank you for choosing to shop with us! We take great care in packing and shipping our original artworks so they arrive safely and in perfect condition. Here’s everything you need to know about delivery:

UK Deliveries

We deliver to the UK using Royal Mail for the majority of our paintings, linocuts and prints.

Once your order is placed, we aim to dispatch it within 3–5 working days. Depending on the size and value of the piece, your order will be sent via Royal Mail, but we may use a courier if it is deemed to be more efficient. We’ll always use a tracked service and will send you the tracking details once your order is on its way. Post and packaging to the UK will be £5.50

International Deliveries

We’re happy to ship artwork internationally – including to Europe, the US, and the rest of the world.

However, as shipping costs and options vary depending on the destination, artwork size, and value, we ask that you contact us before placing your order so we can provide an accurate shipping quote.

Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply in their country.

Packaging

All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Depending on the medium and size, we may use protective wrapping, reinforced cardboard, or custom-built crates.

Delivery Times

UK: 1–3 working days after dispatch

Europe: 5–10 working days after dispatch

USA & Rest of the World: 7–14 working days after dispatch

(These are estimated times and may vary, especially during holidays or due to customs delays.)
